Meet the Doctors

Dr. Paola Leone

Dr. Paola Leone is a Board Certified orthodontic specialist and innovative leader in the orthodontic profession. In addition to teaching locally at the University of Washington, she lectures nationally and internationally on treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. One of her signature topics is clear aligner therapy (Invisalign®), where she demonstrates how to predictably treat some of the most complex malocclusions using removable aligners, using the same advanced techniques we apply here at LVO.

Paola makes life outside of practice a priority as well. She loves her family and cherishes every moment she’s able to spend with her 3 kids and husband, Dr. Greg Vaughn. In her free time, you might find her performing aerial silk, speeding down black diamond runs on her snowboard, or cheering loudly at her children’s soccer games.

Dr. Gregory Vaughn

Dr. Gregory Vaughn is a Board Certified orthodontic specialist and distinguished leader in the orthodontic profession. In addition to teaching locally at the University of Washington, he has lectured nationally and internationally on treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. One of his notable topics is temporary anchorage devices (TADs). When used properly, they can expand the bounds of treatment and increase treatment efficiency.

Greg loves to participate in his kids’ active lives. Don’t be surprised if you see Greg at a soccer tournament or cruising past you on a snowboard with his wife, Dr. Paola Leone.

We Love Our Community

As your Seattle and Bellevue Orthodontists, we love helping our community, not only by improving the quality of our patients’ oral health and smiles, but also through our various efforts involving community outreach. As a local business, we feel a responsibility to give back to the community that supports us. To date, we’ve given over $175,000 in donations and charitable gifts. Some of our sponsorships have included Seattle United, Magnolia Little League, Bellevue West Little League, The Bush School, Clyde Hill Elementary, Queen Anne Elementary, Catherine Blaine, Habitat for Humanity, and many other local schools and organizations.
